Courtney serves with the ministry team at IHS Global as Senior Ministry Coordinator, supporting the network of coaches, trainers, and witnesses around the world.

Originally from Arizona, Courtney moved to Boston in 2009, where she spent 8 years working in college ministry as office administrator and fund development associate. In 2017, she moved to New York City to pursue a master’s degree in Food Studies. After graduating, Courtney got married and moved to Pennsylvania, her husband’s home state.

Courtney has a passion for learning about new places, cultures, and people through food. Whether it’s growing her faith, traveling, cooking, reading, or producing a web series with her husband, Nick, it is almost always done through the lens of food.
