Multiplication through Partnership

A Global Network of Indigenous Witness Trainers and Leaders

Where do these national/indigenous workers come from?

From international, regional, and national Christian organizations united around IHS Global’s witness training. Cultivating these partnerships and working together strategically is the foundation of this global network.

God is continuing to lift up these indigenous leaders who, after having been trained as healthcare witnesses, go on to be equipped and certified as trainers of witnesses—on local, regional, and global levels. They are equipped through IHS Global’s Training-the-Trainers equipping process which includes apprenticing and ongoing coaching.

These committed brothers and sisters were impacted by the training themselves and then go on to equip others out of their passion. They are able to train in local languages and in the local context to best meet the needs of Christian healthcare workers in their region. As a result, the number of witnesses is multiplied person to person many times over and most effectively.

This network of trainers and leaders “own” the work of equipping believers as witnesses around the globe.  IHS Global staff members invest thousands of hours

Multiplying Trainers

These key leaders are experienced witness trainers who go on to gain more leadership training to lead teams of witness trainers. They learn to equip, apprentice and coach witnesses to be witness trainers and are then commissioned by IHS Global. In this role, they continue to receive coaching and oversight.

Collaboration yields Generational Multiplication

Collaboration with our partners has led to a system of generational multiplication which has created continual growth in the numbers of equipped witnesses for Jesus.

Here is an example of eight generations, just one of multiple “family lines” around the globe. (Pictures are altered and names are removed for safety of trainers and witnesses.)

Key elements of IHS Global’s witness training contributing to:

  • Continual growth in number of witnesses

  • Maintenance of best practices worldwide

  • Active communication among equipped witnesses around the globe spurring them on to faithful activity in their calling to share Jesus.

  • The unique concepts in both the Saline Process® healthcare witness training and the Salt & Light Process™ witness training are freeing up believers to be faithful in the moments they have with others and leaving the results with God. These trainings include 18 months of follow-up. Word of mouth is traveling around the world and many people are asking to be equipped.

  • IHS Global staff members and key volunteer leaders (around the globe) invest thousands of hours coaching other indigenous leaders and trainers who are associates/members of partner organizations. This network of personal coaching strengthens skills and is a great encouragement. These strong relationships are essential for the ongoing transformation of believers into witnesses and for the multiplication of witnesses.

  • Community occurs locally following in-person trainings, regionally through partner organization fellowship groups, and virtually through webinars and private online communities. These groups of witnesses gather to share stories, to learn from one another, and to pray together.

    The results?

    • Fellowship.

    • Encouragement.

    • Review of the principles of being a witness.

    • Support to continue to live out what they have learned – to live as a witness.

    • Identity as part of a global ministry, no matter how remote a witness may be.
